All Design Line products are guaranteed against major defects in manufacturing and workmanship for ten years from the date of the original purchase. This warranty extends only to the original buyer and applies to normal single shift use.  Coverage does not extend to damage caused by misuse, accidents, shipping, negligence, abuse, improper storage or modifications by unqualified personnel. Not covered by this warranty is damage caused by acts of God, or fire, flood, natural disasters or exposure to standing water or direct sunlight.  Cracks, chips and major scratches will only be covered if reported within 48 hours of delivery.  This warranty does not cover minor variations in shades of laminates which are beyond our control.  This warranty specifically excludes liability for any consequential or incidental damages which may arise. There are no express or implied warranties for merchantability or adequacy for a specific purpose.  Claims are to be channeled through the original authorized dealer.  Design Line reserves the right to repair or replace covered items at its option.
